COMPANY POLICY


1.  Parking: Your booth space will be allocated upon acceptance of your application. Unload your vehicle but DO NOT SET UP until your vehicle is moved to the designated "Exhibitor Parking Lot". All motor homes must park in the designated "Exhibitor Parking Lot". If you are handicapped and have the appropriate visual sticker, please indicate this on your application andarrangements will be made for you.

2.  Each Exhibitor must provide their own display. No tables, chairs or electricity will be provided. Always display the professionalism of your work. Be prepared for inclement weather. "Rain or shine" the show will go on.

3.  Sell ONLY from your booth, not from the aisles. More space for the customers means more buyers.

4.  Show Hours:  See each show detail, as hours vary.
     Set-up Times:  6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Day One unless noted upon acceptance sheet.

5.  Exhibits must remain in place to the end of the show. Prior Removal means you will NOT be invited back in our shows.

6.  Sales Tax: Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and documenting. State sales tax is due on ALL SALES at the show. You must have a sales tax number to exhibit.

7.  Booth space must be occupied by applicant accepted by the show promoters.

8.  Acceptance: Upon approval and acceptance of your application, you will be sent instructions, hotel information and directions.

9.  No Pets and No Alcohol.

10.  Overnight parking is prohibited, please be aware.

11.  Application: please include the following:
     a.  3-4 slides or photos of your work and one of your display.
     b.  Self addressed stamped envelopes for return of slides and photos.
     c.  Check or money order for payment in full made payable to:
          Community Affair™ Arts & Crafts.
          Send a separate check for each show application.
     d.  Indicate clearly the shows that you are applying for.
     e.  Include your sales tax number.
     f.  Retain this section for your records.

12.  Payment Deadline: Payment must be made in full. Space is very limited. These shows are exclusive, they fill quickly, so sign up soon.

13.  Notification: Not all applicants are accepted. Categories and space is limited. Apply well in advance to avoid disappointment. Notice will be returned within 3 weeks.

14.  Commitment: The accepted application is a commitment to exhibit. There are no refunds due to weather or personal cancellation.

15.  Community Affair™, Inc. Arts & Crafts reserves the right to remove without refund any exhibitor whose conduct, works or display is considered undesirable.
